Egg tray production line consists of several parts working together to produce egg tray from waste paper. The egg box production line typically works like this:
Pulping: Waste paper is first shredded and mixed with water in the pulping machine to form a pulp mixture.
Shaping: The dough mix is then transferred to a forming section that shapes the dough into egg tray molds. Egg tray or egg box Molds can be customized to produce different sizes and shapes in a pulp molding machine.
Drying: The newly created egg trays are then sent to a drying oven where they are heated at high temperature to dry the excess water.
Stacking: After drying, the egg trays are stacked neatly automatically by a stacking mechanism.
Packaging: Finally, the egg tray packs in bundles and is ready for shipment.
